Vintage George S. Thompson Corporation hand-crank pepper grinder featuring a clear pressed glass body with a chrome-plated metal top. This early example is marked “Patent Applied For” and “The George S. Thompson Corporation, Los Angeles” on the base, dating it to approximately the late 1950s to early 1960s. This grinder is in very good vintage condition with a bright chrome finish and a clean, clear pressed glass body. The original grinding mechanism and crank handle are intact, and the grinder turns smoothly. The chrome shows only light age-related wear, with no significant plating loss.
