Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues.
As a general rule, items will be shipped in simple packaging without cushioning material. Items may be compressed or folded for shipping. If you have specific packaging or shipping preferences, such as not wanting items compressed or folded, please let us know before purchasing.
Standard mail typically takes 3-4 days to arrive after shipping, and in some cases, 5-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that delivery may take longer in the event of natural disasters, accidents, incidents, or during long holiday periods.
In the event of package loss, you agree that the shipping company is at fault and will be responsible for the cost of the item and shipping.
