Description
Black plastic toy camera with leather case.
This is a START-35 bean camera, manufactured around the 1950s in Japan by IKKOSHA. Structure: The body is made of Bakelite (an early type of plastic), making it very lightweight and simple in construction. Features: It was popular at the time as a children's toy camera and used unperforated 35mm film called Volta-ban film. Current Use: Today, rather than for actual photography, it is popular as an antique collectible or interior item due to its retro design.
It is being sold as a junk item because its functionality has not been tested.
