Vintage Noritake N662 covered sugar bowl with fitted lid, produced in Japan by Nippon Toki Kaisha, circa late 1940s. This elegant footed porcelain sugar bowl features the distinctive N662 pattern with burgundy-red border panels, warm mustard/tan ornamental detailing, delicate multicolor floral medallions, scrolling decoration, and gold accents. The body is decorated on both sides with an oval floral bouquet medallion framed by ornate scrollwork. A coordinating border circles the upper rim and lid. Double scroll handles, pedestal foot, and decorative finial complete the classic form.
